Ambitious, big and tailored for you to achieve success. (Get it? we’re not going to change the core of who we are, we’ll just get bigger and better).
Future education
As Education changes, we do to. We are at the very forefront of modern Education and we are keeping it this way by investing in modern technology and astounding teachers.
Us, Now
Small, personalised and capable of change which improves student and client experience. We’re a team under 50 people, across 2 (soon to be 3) premises. We started in a Baulkham Hills Garage (and we’re still there) because we were audacious in thinking that we could change the way students perceive their learning experience and teach them how to learn properly, in under a year we will have expanded to three premises with over 100 individual students mentored.

The Student
Education is empowering students to create a new life for themselves. It is meant to be student-driven and educator-aided exploration, research and learning. Therefore, education must involve practical application to all aspects of life in order to build a stable platform for a student’s future success.

The Teacher
The Teacher’s role is to empower students to create new lives for others. Education and educators should inspire empowered students to reach their potential to change the world around them. Education is learning, not teaching based and the role of the educator is to stimulate, challenge and motivate their students through their own creations and life.

The Place
Education is interesting, challenging, stimulating and enjoyable and the environment in which learning takes place should fundamentally reflect this. Education is ultimately about individual learning and must be student-centric. Education is learning based and environments of learning should keep in-step with technological advancements in the digital age.

The Mind
Education is teaching students how to think critically in order to learn and navigate their way in the world. It is not teaching people what to think or why to think a certain way. It is providing tools which enable independent critical analysis of ideas and synthesis of complex researched knowledge.

Creation
Education is learning about other people’s creations, inventions and discoveries. Therefore, educationally empowered students will be able to create, invent and discover things through critical analysis and independent thought. Other people will then learn and interact with a student’s future contributions, creations and life which have the potential to change the lives of those around them.

Change
Education is provoking students to see problems in society they are capable of creating solutions to and take on responsibility to do something. Thus, allowing students to create meaning and purpose in their lives whilst changing the lives of those around them for good. Education empowers students to see and know that they can change the world around them.
Us, in five years
Bigger, still personalised and still capable of change which improves student and client experience. We are now a team of over 50 people and we have over 10 premises in and throughout the Sydney Region. We started in a Baulkham Hills Garage, but have moved into our own architecturally designed and built education centres. The learning centres are offices as well as teaching spaces, because our students will learn in a real environment they’ll soon experience (they also contain a 24/7 community space). We successfully change the way students perceive their learning experience and teach them how to learn properly and think like individuals. In 5 years time, we will have impacted over 10,000 students and improved their individual learning experiences.

Future education
Speculation is always a super-dangerous territory, but we are pretty sure that future education is going to look crazy good because we are going to be part of the people who form that education. Education is going to be de-centralised from massive organisations, applicable to real-life and dictated by big companies needs for the employment industry. Education is going to incorporate technology to improve student access to fantastic teachers and its going to get less expensive to access fantastic materials. Basically, it’s going to be pretty awesome and we’re going to be at the forefront of it and we’re inviting you to join us there.
